1. Using OminGoo
OminGoo is a platform that connects you with nearby vendors so you can pre-order food, book salon and spa slots, reserve bikes and cars, and schedule laundry pickups. You must be at least 13 years old, and able to form a binding agreement, to use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Please give accurate details when booking, and let us know right away if you notice any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Bookings and orders
- When you place an order or reserve a slot, you are making a request to the relevant vendor.
- Availability, timings, pricing, and quality of products and services are set by the vendors, not by OminGoo.
- You agree to arrive on time and collect your order or use your booked slot as scheduled.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to their handling of the transaction. Prices shown include any applicable charges displayed at checkout.
5. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund options depend on the vendor and the type of booking. Some orders and slots may be non-refundable once confirmed. Where a refund applies, it will be processed through the original payment method.
6. Vendor responsibility
OminGoo acts as a booking platform. Vendors are independent and are solely responsible for the food, services, rentals, and laundry they provide. We are not liable for the quality, safety, or legality of what vendors offer.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the platform, including by making fraudulent bookings, interfering with the service, attempting unauthorized access, or violating any applicable law.
8. Limitation of liability
OminGoo is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service or from vendor products and services.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of OminGoo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
