- Device and usage data — basic technical information such as device type and app activity, used to keep the service running smoothly.

- Create and manage your account and bookings.
- Connect you with vendors and confirm your orders, slots, and pickups.
- Process payments securely via our payment partner.
- Send booking confirmations, updates, and important service notices.

We share your information only where needed to deliver the service:
- With vendors you book, so they can prepare your order or reserve your slot.
- With payment processors such as Razorpay to handle transactions.
